She has managed multi-million dollar projects using earned value techniques and understands the data project managers need to effectively control their project budget and schedule. She has used Microsoft Access and Oracle databases for managing and reporting various types of project data. She has experience using the Crystal Decisions reporting tool to generate reports from the P6 Oracle database in use at the SFPUC.

Scott Vosburg
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Vosburg has 30 years of experience in design and implementation of information technology systems. He has spent the last 20+ years working with Oracle’s Primavera suite of applications including their applications programming interfaces (APIs and Web Services) to seamlessly integrate and reconcile data from client’s existing accounting, financial, and HR applications into cost-loaded project schedules. He has also provided training of IT and project controls staff, and prepared detailed documentation of custom code and procedures developed to transfer knowledge to clients.

Laurie Mansur
VP Operations
Laurie has been with WMS for 15 years – in fact was the first employee. Ms. Mansur has 25 years of experience in multiple aspects of business management, database development, and use of project controls systems and reporting tools. She has provided support for schedule development and monitoring, contract management systems and assisted with the development of a permit tracking system. She has extensive experience using the InfoMaker reporting tool to generate reports from Expedition/Contract Manager. She manages the business-side operations of WMS, including contract administration, human resources and accounting.
